Return Policy

Before making returns, you must take into account our different solutions to these cases.

1. Size change
2. Change of clothing
2. Full refund of money (In case of major defect or total damage)

Our team will review your request by email and confirm the appropriate proposal for your case, providing you with one of our solutions. For all returns, the product is returned to its origin (Okana Swimwear HEADQUARTERS)

In Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need you to send the following to okanaswimwear@gmail.com
- Name of the person who made the purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (Image, screenshot, etc.)
- Detailed reason why you want to make the return.

You will have to send the shipment to the Okana Swimwear HEADQUARTERS to receive and inspect your return. Once this is done, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Shipment

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
